On the 11th of August, 2018, our school hosted the 2nd edition of INQUIZITIVE ANNUAL QUIZ, which was sponsored by EduAce Services. This time again, Mr. Gaurav Yadav hosted the quiz. Students from schools like Delhi Public School-Varuna, Sheiling House, Sunbeams-Bhagwanpur and Virendra Swaroop Public School became a part of this event. Several students from our school also participated in this quiz to test their general knowledge.
The competition was divided into two categories: Junior and Senior. The event commenced with the preliminary round from which the top six teams would qualify for the finals. As soon as the prelims ended, participants and teachers were called to have refreshments. It was refreshing to have the Giani’s IceCream as a sponsor at the event. After having refreshments, the final round began.
It started with the juniors and the top six teams were asked tricky and miscellaneous questions based on current affairs. After surpassing all of the four rounds, the winning team was declared. The team of two was from Sunbeam School. After the juniors, quizzing happened for the seniors and it didn’t take a long time for the winner to be declared. The winning team was from Delhi Public School, Varuna.
The event ended well. Everyone had a great experience and some bagged prizes. The winning three teams in each category were awarded a trophy and a certificate each for each teammate.
